What You'll Do
- Act as the primary technical lead for customer onboarding, ensuring successful deployment of our AI agents.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and scope new use cases, driving growth and expanding platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges, providing real-time solutions to maintain reliability and performance.
- Influence product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for our engineering team.
- 1 years of relevant work or internship experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for addressing technical challenges involving data systems, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
- A customer-first mindset with strong communication skills, explaining technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion about learning and keeping up with latest AI advancements.
- Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-based platforms.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Prior experience in industries such as insurance, fintech, or similarly regulated sectors.
- Experience as an early-stage startup engineer or founder.
