What are the responsibilities and job description for the Straders Wholesale position at Strader's Garden Centers?
Strader’s Garden Centers is looking for a highly motivated individual to supervise and assist in the potting of crops seasonally, pulling and prepping plant orders, and helping with plant maintenance the remainder of the year.
Qualified candidates will possess a great attitude and passion for their work, are reliable, and won’t hesitate to speak up and make corrections as necessary. Additionally, qualified candidates will be able to work in all types of weather, and be comfortable with physical labor. Generally, employees work Monday through Friday with a rotating weekend schedule.
Ability to drive a 26’ box truck, and ability to speak Spanish, are a plus – but not necessary for the position.
