What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Attorney - Construction position at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young LLP?
Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid position based in our Philadelphia office. This attorney will work closely with our nationally recognized Construction Litigation practice, representing clients involved in construction, surety, and fidelity litigation.
Candidates with the below experience and credentials are invited to apply :
- 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation
- Construction, surety, and insurance litigation experience strongly preferred
- Litigation skills including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- PA bar admission required; NJ bar admission a plus
