Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid position based in our Philadelphia office. This attorney will work closely with our nationally recognized Construction Litigation practice, representing clients involved in construction, surety, and fidelity litigation.

Candidates with the below experience and credentials are invited to apply :

  • 3 years of experience handling commercial litigation
  • Construction, surety, and insurance litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Litigation skills including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • PA bar admission required; NJ bar admission a plus

This is an exciting opportunity to connect with clients in cases from inception to resolution, to work independently commensurate with experience, and to gain significant subject matter familiarity and litigation skills along the way. In addition to substantive, challenging work, the role offers a hybrid schedule, a reasonable billable hours expectation, an achievable hours bonus. There is also a path for advancement and specialization.
