What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Paralegal position at Stradley Ronon?
Stradley Ronon Stevens and Young, LLP is hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join the Litigation Department in our Philadelphia office. They will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and tracking of cases from pleadings, discovery, document review and production, and fact investigation and development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a member of a fast-paced team. They will be joining a well-established team of paralegals.
Requirements :
- 4 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
- Securities litigation and enforcement experience is a major plus.
- Experience with e-discovery, including Relativity and other e-discovery platforms.
- Experience drafting discovery, including discovery requests, discovery responses, and subpoenas.
- Demonstrated ability to handle significant case volume with competing deadlines.
- Four-year degree and / or paralegal certificate.
- Knowledge of FINRA arbitrations and regulations is a plus.
- Experience and familiarity with state and federal court rules and filing systems and experience filing pleadings.
- Experience with litigation support software (e.g. CaseMap) is a plus.
- Experience with Excel.
