Headquartered in Paterson, NJ, Straight and Narrow is the largest program of its kind. We provide innovative and compassionate services to individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring disorders. We are looking for dedicated, caring and compassionate people to work in our Residential / Outpatient Treatment Facilities and Community Programs.
Clinical Supervisor
Schedule per week : Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 4 : 30pm (3 days) and 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm (2 days)
Job Summary :
A Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the work of the counselors who report to him / her and ensuring that the clients on their supervisees’ caseloads receive high-quality substance abuse treatment services. They are also responsible for ensuring that their supervisee’s meet all of Straight & Narrow’s personnel requirements and for assuming other responsibilities that may fall under the purview of the supervisory team.

Experience
Qualifications :
Masters Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Psychology with LCADC and minimum of two years’ experience in the field of addictions treatment are required. CCS preferred but not required.
