Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detailed-oriented installation technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in inground pool installations for residential and commercial customers. They will take part in every aspect of the installation, from preparing the ground with excavation to the finishing processes of plumbing and pool deck finishes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the installation site with heavy equipment.
- Assemble and install pool structural components and finish pool bottom.
- Install liners, plumbing, and pool equipment.
- Finish out the pool desk (concrete, pavers, wooden deck).
- Test for any leaks and validate all equipment is working properly.
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards and local safety regulations.
- Educate customers on the fundamental features of their new pool and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pool installations or a similar role is preferred.
- Previous experience with excavation equipment (skidsteer, mini excavator) is preferred.
- Previous experience with pouring concrete is preferred
- Hands-on mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to lift equipment, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to swim and dive.
