What you'll do:

• Train new team members on effective door-to-door canvassing techniques
• Strategically canvass neighborhoods making the most use of your time on the doors
• Assist in marketing efforts on the doors and at events
• Conduct training sessions to equip new representatives with the knowledge and skills they need
• Motivate and inspire the team through ongoing support and feedback

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills for effective canvassing and customer interactions.
• Previous experience in sales to successfully promote products/services door-to-door but not required.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade potential customers.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse communities.
• Supervisory experience beneficial for leading and coordinating canvassing teams.
• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
