Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Straight Line Source, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships with existing clients, and driving the sales process to meet company goals. You will be the face of our brand, providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow through on all sales processes from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to build rapport and develop lasting relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Salesforce knowledge preferred.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
