What are the responsibilities and job description for the Boys Group Home position at Straight Path?
Straight Path is a small, therapeutic residential group home for boys ages 11-18. Our Group Home Workers provide daily structure and care for the children and work to provide support, behavioral management skills, crisis intervention and a constructive environment to help them fulfill their potential and set them on a path for success. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to our residents and creating a positive staff culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Weekends as needed
