Position Overview:
We are looking for a long-term team member who has the potential to become a business growth partner within our organization. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of sales, including customer relations, dealer and distributor sales, retail sales, and online sales growth. You will have in-house marketing support to help drive sales and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute proactive and reactive sales strategies to drive revenue and company growth.
- Company Growth: Identify new sales opportunities, expand into new markets, and work towards increasing market share.
- Account Management: Oversee pricing guides, internet pricing, and sales channels to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house marketing team to create sales-driven campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on our product lines and industry trends to provide the best customer solutions.
- Long-Term Vision: This position has the potential for business growth partnership for the right individual.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations (powersports/auto industry experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in driving sales.
- Experience managing dealers, distributors, and retail sales.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce sales, pricing strategies, and B2B/B2C sales channels.
- Comfortable with CRM software, email communication, and follow-ups.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as Required
Travel:
- Required – 10-20% of the time
Compensation:
- Highly competitive salary, commission and bonus structure.
