Requirements / Responsibilities
Dining Room Manager / Floor Manager / Bar Manager Responsibilities & Requirements :
- Assumes 100% responsibility for the quality of the customer experience
- Assumes 100% responsibility of coaching all FOH staff
- Develop & introduce beverage ideas, recipes and menu items
- Ensure high level of health, safety and alcohol control at all times throughout all bar areas
- Inventory control and ordering alcohol, other drinks products and supplies
- Work Scheduling
- Trained to operate all P.O.S. functions
- High School diploma, College degree preferred, but not necessary
- Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position
- Trained in customer service, labor scheduling, inventories, cost controls and employee training
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Available to work 50-55 hours a week
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Command of the English language
- Basic computer skills
- Strong people skills
