The Analytics Program Manager will support the Director, Revenue Optimization to scale programs that demonstrate the value of League partnerships, grow new business, and facilitate privacy-first data collaboration. This role will craft insights based on internal data sets for League and Club partners. This includes identifying the right metrics and working with our external teams to articulate strong narratives to our partners. As such, this individual needs the right analytical skill, storytelling prowess, and cross-functional experience.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of data collaboration and analytics projects with League and Club partners.
• Create and deliver analytics reports to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven insights are effectively communicated.
• Collaborate with data owners to identify, assess, and prioritize data needs, and design and build data integration pipelines.
• Partner with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop repeatable and actionable analytical methods.
• Measure and track the impact of data collaboration and insights programs.
• Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and external vendors, including crafting appropriate positioning and pitch framework to share key findings with various senior marketing, user acquisition, data science and C-suite customers.
• Stay up to date on the latest analytics trends and best practices, including an understanding of encryption and hashing methods and optimal strategies for sharing data.
• Support the implementation of data-sharing policies and procedures.
• Ensure that data collaboration engagements align with League privacy principles.
• Develop tools, best practices, and educational materials for program collateral.
Qualifications
• 7 years of experience in analytics or program management, preferably in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of analytics and clean room capabilities.
• Understanding of AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Ability to make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with agile & project tracking methodologies.
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-solver with solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to take charge, manage program/project team members, identify solutions, and provide direction.
• Process oriented and highly organized.
