Straka Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) to join our Castle Rock team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working with children, eager to make an impact in pediatric therapy, and looking to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to pediatric clients, aiming for 8 sessions per day.
• Collaborate with Speech Therapists (ST), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Physical Therapists (PT).
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver trauma-informed, culturally aware therapy.
• Work closely with families to support the child's therapeutic journey.
• Availability for after-school therapy sessions.
  
  

Requirements

• LPCC credentials
• Experience or strong interest in working with children
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards
• Trauma-informed care background
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity
• Hard-working, self-starter with a positive attitude
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Play therapy experience
• Experience working with children with special needs
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities
• Confidence working with all pediatric ages
• Experience working within the family dynamic
  
  

In-House Supervision

At Straka Pediatric Therapies, we offer in-house clinical supervision to support your growth as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC).
