Pay & Benefits:
At Straka, we offer a competitive pay rate between $30-31 per session for the OT Lead role 2K sign on bonus and additional quick start/relocation bonus available, reflecting our commitment to rewarding hard work and dedication. 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, no weekends unless you would prefer weekend shifts!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to OT team members.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of pediatric clients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services for a wide range of motor disorders.
- Collaborate with other therapy team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training for team growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree Occupational Therapy
- Valid DORA license.
- 3 years of experience as an OT (with leadership experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Availability to work after school hours.
