The Revenue Manager position has a 30% bonus potential awarded each quarter. The maximum annual income for this role would be $98,800.

This role is remote, but it is preferred that the Revenue Manager live in the Carolinas.
Job Summary
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability across a portfolio of assigned properties. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication to collaborate effectively with property team, ownership and management company senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven decision-maker with a proven track record of success in revenue management.
Duties and Responsibilities
Including, but not limited to:
1. Develop and implement revenue management strategies for assigned properties, focusing on maximizing occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to optimize pricing and inventory strategies. Implement dynamic pricing models to adjust rates based on demand.
3. Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability. Stay abreast of demand changes, competitive activity and industry trends.
4. Utilize revenue management systems (RMS) to analyze data, manage pricing, and optimize inventory.
5. Effectively communicate with property management teams, regional directors, and senior leadership, providing updates on performance, strategy, and recommendations. Foster strong working relationships.
6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Director of Revenue Management.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry. Multi-property experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, including ownership.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Marriott and Hilton brand RMS.
- Preferred: Experience working with diverse property types (hotels, resorts, vacation rentals).
- Preferred: Experience presenting financial information to ownership or investment groups.
