Entry-level Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking an Entry-level to Senior-level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The position offers a base salary of $41,000 for entry-level candidates, with experienced candidates earning between $52,000 and $65,000. Bonuses can add up to an additional $5,000 per year.

At this time we are only looking for an in-person/in-office candidate at one of our locations: Tumwater/Olympia, Centralia, Longview, Long Beach, or Portland.

Job Functions:

• Provide comprehensive insurance education and guidance.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to address client inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize persuasive techniques to finalize sales transactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients.
• Set and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
• Facilitate policy changes and updates based on client requests.
• Implement retention strategies to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

  License Requirements: A Property and Casualty License is required. A license is not required to apply. License must be obtained within 3 months of the start date. We will pay 100% for licensing.
