Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Exemplary customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Attentiveness to detail.
- Desire to exceed Guest expectations.
- Basic knowledge of best practices in food service.
- Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure.
Work experience as a server or wait staff member is preferred. Working knowledge of basic Point of Sale (POS) operation and cash handling is also beneficial. ServSafe Food Handler certification is preferred. Server/Seller RAMP certification from PLCB is also preferred. Bartending experience is a plus.
