As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales in our retail store. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Experience:
- Previous experience in hardware industry, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in paint and plumbing is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer complaints or issues effectively
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
