- Shadow Site Safety Manager and other department leads to gain an in-depth understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
- Assist in day-to-day tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Learn and observe best practices in areas such as EHS, project management, construction management, and team collaboration.
- Support cross-functional efforts to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., training).
- Exposure to a wide range of business functions within a professional environment.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders.
- Opportunities to network with professionals across multiple fields.
- A clearer understanding of potential career paths and areas of interest.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited EHS-related degree program.
- Strong interest in learning about EHS compliance and practical applications, as well as business operations.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt, learn, and engage with new challenges.
- Ability to walk and perform site inspections 70% of the day. In various environmental conditions (cold, heat, wind, and various forms of precipitation). Also, noise exposure can exceed 85 DB.
- Lift up to 35 pounds.
- Perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking significant distances.
- Visual ability (20/20 corrected or uncorrected) to observe and detect signs of danger.
