Strata Clean Energy is a leading developer, EPC, and service provider for utility-scale solar and storage systems in the United States. We control and self-perform all processes from our nationwide solar and storage developments to construction, O&M, and Asset Management.
This role focuses on overseeing land development activities for solar sites, ensuring projects are completed on budget and schedule. You will be responsible for reviewing bid packages, negotiating with subcontractors, and coordinating with regulatory agencies throughout construction to ensure compliance with permits.
You will have expertise in civil engineering standards and practices, including knowledge of SWPP, SPCC, and BMPs. You will also be skilled in preparing and reviewing bid packages, comfortable presenting to consultants, AHJ, and subcontractors, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee land development activities for solar sites from Request for Proposal (RFP) through design plan preparation, construction, and closeout.
- Value engineer civil land development plans during design and construction.
- Review bid packages, including detailed cost analysis, takeoffs, schedules, and scope of work.
- Negotiate bid packages with subcontractors to achieve most economical and timely execution of work.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies throughout construction to ensure compliance with permits.
