About the Job
As an Electrical Foreman at Strata Clean Energy, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solar installations while ensuring the safety and efficiency of our projects. You will supervise one or more Subcontractor electrical crews, overseeing the installation of solar PV systems and monitoring the safety and quality of their work.
Your responsibilities will include reviewing and monitoring subcontractor procurement of electrical resources, methods, staffing, and coordination with other site activities, as well as monitoring Safety, Quality, and Efficiency of subcontracted work on every project.
You will also be responsible for ensuring subcontract crews have resources and support, and providing drawing, constructability, submittal reviews, and feedback with the engineering team.
