As a Civil Site Superintendent at Strata Clean Energy, you will play a crucial role in the development of utility-scale solar and storage systems across the United States. You will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring they comply with permit documents and project requirements, and providing guidance to the project team and subcontractor to build a robust culture of environmental awareness and protection.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in land development, civil engineering, and construction management. They will have a strong understanding of current civil engineering standards and practices, including knowledge of SWPP, SPCC, and BMPs. Additionally, they will be proficient in preparing and reviewing bid packages, comfortable presenting to consultants, AHJ, and subcontractors, and skilled in using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage land development activities for solar sites from Request for Proposal (RFP) through design plan preparation, construction, and closeout.
- Develop and implement value-engineered civil land development plans during design and construction.
- Prepare and review bid packages, including detailed cost analysis, takeoffs, schedules, and scope of work.
- Negotiate bid packages with subcontractors to achieve most economical and timely execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with permits and regulations throughout construction.
