Underground Foreman - (Construction) Minot, ND
Pipe Layer experienced in Storm Drain, Sewer, and Water Line Construction. Proven comprehensive understanding and a working knowledge of construction documents including construction specifications, and detailed construction drawings.
Primary Job Functions
- Must be able to read, understand, sequence, and schedule all construction activities including:
- Implementing health safety, storm water, and pollution prevention plans,
- Planning and scheduling labor and equipment utilization,
- Maintaining construction schedules,
- Evaluate changes in contract or site conditions, and
- Maintain as built drawings.
- Must have extensive, broad, hands on experience in completing self-performed projects including:
- Trenching and pipe installation of sewer, storm drain, domestic & fire water, dry utilities, and concrete structures.

Minimum Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of underground and/or civil construction experience, as a foreman managing crews.
