Content Creator Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and driven individual to take full ownership of our digital presence. The ideal candidate is skilled in video production, photography, and social media strategy. They will be responsible for shooting videos, taking headshots, creating reels, and developing both short and long-form video content and posting on all of our social media platforms. They will also manage our social media platforms and digital assets to ensure consistent branding and engagement. Responsibilities :

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including property tours, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes footage, and team highlights.
• Capture and edit professional headshots and team photos.
• Develop and execute a strategic social media content calendar.
• Manage and post engaging content across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms .
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build brand presence.
• Design eye-catching marketing materials using Canva .
• Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices for social media growth and engagement.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Organize and manage all digital assets, ensuring accessibility and brand consistency. Qualifications :
• Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, and social media management.
• Proficiency in Canva , video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and basic photo editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn .
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation : $60,000 - $65,000 yearly

Compensation :

60,000-$65,000 per year
