Customer Care Specialist - Call Center

Wage: $15 per hour with an incentive option

This position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist customers with account setup and service activation, or changes
• Identify customer needs to provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions
• Research account and billing issues to resolve problems and answer customer questions
• Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs
• Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions
• Assist with basic troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working in a team environment with basic technical concepts or troubleshooting
• High school diploma or equivalent

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the broadband or telecom industry
• Interest in technology, networking, or IT
• Desire to grow within a technical or operations role
