Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for Land Acquisition located in Charlotte, NC, with some opportunities for working from home. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and engaging with land owners and developers. Day-to-day tasks include conducting relationship building, market research, performing due diligence on potential projects, and working closely with the buyerside team in order to stand informed on the type of projects that are in highest demand. The role also involves negotiating land deals, managing processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
