STRATACACHE is searching for a Lead Contracts Counsel. This incumbent is a key member of the corporation's executive team, responsible for overseeing all assigned legal matters within the organization. Reporting to the CEO, their primary role is to provide legal guidance and support to the company's management and ensure that the company operates within the boundaries of the law. The ideal candidate must have previous experience with software licensing and software managed services agreements. Additionally, the candidate will need to have prior experience and / or a comfort level with being the sole in-house counsel and be prepared to assist with a variety of legal tasks both in the US and abroad.

Core Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to : vendor contracts, partnership agreements, licensing agreements, and service agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and mitigating legal risks for the company.
- Oversee all legal disputes and litigation involving the company, work with external counsel to develop litigation strategy, manage legal proceedings, and mitigate legal risks.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company, develop and implement compliance programs, and provide guidance on regulatory matters to relevant departments.
- Identify legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, implementing risk management policies and procedures to protect the company's interests.
