The SWX Support Team is seeking a Support Specialist with the ability to perform a wide range of second tier support functions. These functions begin with handling ticket escalations and include tasks as advanced as provisioning and testing new players or spinning up new CMs.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing second tier support functions including handling ticket escalations, IM assistance for support and answering overflow calls when needed.
- Ability to work directly with engineers to solve a wide range of issues to meet customer needs or specifications.
- Work with other Team Members to optimize and document changes or new products in Confluence when needed.
- Ability to quickly learn new and unfamiliar hardware and perform various tests on the hardware functionality.
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- Some experience with Scala CM, Scala Designer, X2O CM and Remote Manager
- Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of Windows issues
- Familiarity with Html, CSS, Java, and Python
- Self-motivated
- Strong attention to detail
