Job Title: Implementation Specialist I
Job Type – Contract (Potential to Convert to FTE at Client Site)
Location –Iselin NJ
Work Schedule - - Hybrid
Responsibilities:
The Implementation Specialist is a part of the New Account Setup team supporting setup of Commercial banking products. This is a position with an emphasis on high quality output in a fast-paced high-volume environment reviewing documentation and completing customer setups. Support efforts in streamlining operations and improve customer service. Support process improvement activity and a culture of continuous improvement. Exhibits strong customer service attitudes and values. Identify and escalate risks and issues where appropriate. Complies with processes as documented. Aids direct colleagues and various business partners as needed. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers. Identifies opportunities that add value to the business objectives and enhance the customer experience. Supports an environment of cooperation and change. Operates effectively as an Individual Contributor and works well in a team environment.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Review documentation and requests for accuracy
- Self-manage workload while maintaining a wholistic understanding of work volume
- Complete requests within established SLA's
- Communicate clearly and effectively to Implementation manager for any returned requests
- Support efforts to streamline operations and improve customer service
Required Skills/Experience:
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet critical SLAs
- Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and work experience with Microsoft applications such MS Office, Excel and Word.
- Experience with cash management products.
