Job Overview: The Site Budgets and Contracts Contractor oversees clinical site contracting, coordinates with CROs, internal teams, and sites, ensuring agreements meet budget and compliance goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop site budget templates with CROs and internal stakeholders, manage FMV negotiations, and mitigate risks.
- Oversee CROs for timely budget amendments and ensure RTE targets are met.
- Generate and expedite study agreement templates with CROs/legal and be the go-to for contract escalations.
- Provide excellent service with clear communication on contract statuses and manage tight timelines.
- Streamline contract/budget processes and assist with other vendor negotiations as needed.
Primary Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years in pharma, skilled in international site budget and contract negotiations.
- Expert in CRO management, negotiation, and compliant problem-solving.
- Well-versed in clinical operations, GCP, ICH, FDA/EMA guidelines, and site budget structures.
- Proficient in trial cost analysis, task prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.
