Primary Job Requirements:
- B.S. in analytical chemistry or related fields with 2 years in small molecule oral formulation development.
- Experienced in solid dosage forms, blending, and compaction; eager to learn advanced formulation techniques.
- Skilled in molecule characterization using HPLC/UPLC, DSC, XRPD, and TGA.
- Expert in excipient use and solubility enhancement, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Self-driven, excellent at collaboration, adaptable in a dynamic, results-focused team environment.
