Primary Job Requirements:
- PhD in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, with over 5 years of drug discovery experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug discovery, with proficient technical skills in molecular and cell biology techniques.
- Independent thinker with the flexibility to manage and lead complex experiments across multiple research programs, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
- Highly skilled in computer applications (MS Office, scientific graphing software), with excellent communication abilities and a notable record of scientific publications or presentations at prestigious conferences.
