Job Summary: Stratagem Solutions, Incorporated is in search of applicants who are interested in satisfying a requirement for a part-time Contract Administrator to work in our corporate office in Huntsville, AL.
Responsibilities and Duties, Position requirements:
- Reviewing and processing contract awards and modifications, establishing and maintaining contract files and performing contract closeout
- Conducting contract negotiations, preparing contract drafts and amendments, and resolving contractual issues
- Provide Solicitation and Bid Proposal support for review and analysis
- Monitoring contract performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical assistance
- Monitoring expenditures, recommending budget changes and establishing and monitoring financing
- Develop, execute, and administer Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements and Subcontract Agreements
- Maintain contract management databases and enter contract documents and information into company system
- Ensure timely submission with all US Government contract reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency MS Office suite.
- Experience in SharePoint.
- Working Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma and 3 years of prior experience.
Travel: May require travel up to 5%.
Testing: Candidates may be subject to a written test as part of the candidate interview and selection process to demonstrate written communication skills and/or the ability to deal with potentially challenging notional situations which may arise while supporting a Product Office.
