Job Description
The Electrical-Mechanical Technician is a skilled role for individuals with experience in Industrial maintenance. Level B Technicians independently repair, maintain, and install production and manufacturing equipment. This position requires a deeper understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with increased responsibility and minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all Stratas GMP standards.
- Independently repair and install production and manufacturing equipment.
- Inspect equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment malfunctions.
- Use advanced hand tools and electrical / mechanical tools proficiently.
- Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
- Mentor junior technicians and apprentices, providing guidance and training.

Valuable Experience :
Physical : Ability to sit / stand / walk for long periods of time while performing job duties. Must be capable of working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and must be able to wear a respirator.
Sensory :
Mental / Reasoning : Must be able to analyze information quickly to provide feedback in the manufacturing process and troubleshoot equipment failures
