Job Description
Individual will establish digital engineering models of customer systems and provide technical expertise to the program team. Primary responsibilities include:
- Support tool selection, establish MBSE environment, stand up capability to focus on development of models of customer's "program of record" systems.
- Support verification, validation, integration, and interoperability activities (e.g., migration of new capability to modeled system).
- Establishing a Digital Twin capability for simulation, predictive analysis, security controls, etc.
- Establish Digital Engineering methodology, processes, and training.
- Collaborate with program team to identify and gather system requirements and establish models.
- Train program team on the use of MBSE
- Support growth opportunities related to MBSE and Digital Engineering
- Host MBSE-related technical and strategic discussions with company leadership.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the MBSE field.
- Proficient with MBSE tools (e.g., MagicDraw, Cameo Systems Modeler, etc.) and Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- Solid understanding of DoD Systems Engineering Processes
- Excellent written communications skills and the ability to develop compelling proposal materials and presentations.
- Able to travel in support of customer engagements
- Able to work independently
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
