JOB TITLE : Construction Program Analyst (Entry)

REQUISITION # : AL-1356-25-FBI FPSS

CLEARANCE : Must have an active Top Secret clearance upon application

LOCATION : Huntsville, AL

REPORTS TO : FBI FPSS Program Manager

FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt

SUMMARY : SABG is hiring for a Construction Program Analyst (Entry) to support the FBI FPSS in Huntsville, AL. Candidates must have an Active Top Secret security clearance to be considered for this position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The general responsibilities are as follows, to include but not limited to :

Entry- Level :

  • Act as the primary contact for program procedures and policies.
  • Correspond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of programs.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environment.
  • Communicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisors.
  • Ensure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objective.
  • Manage contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquires.
  • Manage contractor submittals.
  • Manage contractor design comments and responses.
  • Manage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT).
  • Provide budgetary support to the Project Manager (PM) through budget tracking.
  • Create and manage project related requisitions.
  • Document and manage lessons learned and risk logs.
  • Answer customer or client inquiries.
  • Perform additional tasks as may be required by superiors.

SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail with an extraordinary ability to multitask.
  • Reliable and diligent worker.
  • EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

    Entry : Associate degree with 0-3 years prior experience working as a program analyst or related field for construction, design / build, and architecture and engineering projects.

    COMPUTER SKILLS :

  • Skilled in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MS Office : Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • CLEARANCE : Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
