JOB TITLE : Operations Support Analyst Intermediate

REQUISITION # : CO-1347-25-WOI

CLEARANCE : Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

LOCATION : Schriever, SFB, CO

REPORTS TO : SABG Program Manager

FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt

SUMMARY : SABG is hiring a Operations Support Analyst Intermediate - Training Manager / Warfighter Operational Integration analyst to lead the Missile Defense Agency’s to provide support to MDA / DWW in Colorado Springs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

  • The training manager is responsible for initial qualification training for new personnel and sustainment training program for certified watch officers. Duties include :

Develops, maintains, and updates training policy, curriculum, reports, and training tools.

  • Ideal candidates will have experience in curriculum development and have Missile Defense System knowledge.
  • Support the tracking and status of taskers from outside the organization, utilizing the ETMS2 system. They will update documentation on the network, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Sharepoint sites.
  • Requires certification as a watch officer (training provided) and occasional shift work.
  • Provide support for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)
  • Provide support for asset management
  • SUPERVISION : This position has no supervisory responsibilities

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge, skills, and abilities using Microsoft Office. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 4 years’ experience must be in the missile defense industry
  • 7 years’ experience in coordinating with Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commands
  • COMPUTER SKILLS :

  • Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
  • Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
