FLSA STATUS : Regular Full-Time Exempt
SUMMARY : SABG is seeking an experienced, skilled, and motivated Proposal Writer with an interest in utilizing AI tools to join our Proposal Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing and developing compelling responses to Government Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency and quality. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong writing and communication skills, a keen understanding of the proposal process, and the ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts and other stakeholders.

Proposal Writing :
- Develop comprehensive, compliant, and persuasive proposals in response to Government RFIs and RFPs.
- Author assigned sections or volumes of proposals (Technical, Management, and Past Performance), ensuring responsiveness and compliance with schedules.
- Organize and conduct solution meetings for assigned volumes or sections to integrate win themes, develop storyboards, and gather content.
- Work independently, as well as collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to research, brainstorm, organize, and write to technical, management, and past performance requirements.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Solid understanding of basic mathematical concepts and the ability to apply them in proposal development.
REASONING ABILITY : Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
