Job Summary: IMMEDIATELY hiring for 1st shift Front End Loader Operators. This position can get dirty, as the product is dirt. Position is in Oxford Pennsylvania. This job is a seasonal position for up to 11 months of the year. There is ample overtime opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Front End Loader
- Wear all required PPE
- Use Front End Loader to create product
- Must be able to lift at 50lbs
- Participate in an all hands on deck warehouse. Meaning contribute any way that is required to complete required production
- Work in an inside/outside work environment
- You will be expected to help in anyway possible during the job. Company is a mass producer of mulch, soil and professional greenhouse/nursery mixes
Shift Times & Pay Rates: Schedule below is the base schedule, currently working 10-12 hour days, 5-6 days out of the week.
Avondale PA Schedule: Front End Loader
- 1st shift: 4/6am-2:30/4pm
- Monday-Friday, with some mandatory work on Saturdays.
- LOTS OF OVERTIME AVAILABLE.
Qualifications:
- Front End Loader experience is a must
- Must be able to pass a 7 year background check and drug test
