Strategic Analysis, Inc. is looking for a candidate to provide on-site support to the ACO Advanced Resilience portfolio in support of Matt Wilding. Successful candidates will lead activities in project management, technical and programmatic risk analysis, and program-funded test coordination. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, assessing performer technical progress, projecting performer outcomes, and ensuring that project management best practices are followed by performers, independent verification and validation (IV&V) entities funded by DARPA, and within DARPA itself.
The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise and experience with designing, establishing, and operating DOD network engineering of tactical classified systems, network security devices, and edge sensor devices. The ideal candidate has recent experience with Army, Navy, Air Force, and/or Marine Corps tactical or expeditionary networks. Exemplary candidates has demonstrated ability to learn new subjects and gain rapid insights into current and next-generation research and prototyping, preferably with hands-on leadership of research and development programs in the defense industrial base.

Requirements:
- Experience with tactical network engineering and operations
- Experience formally documenting requirements and supporting evidence
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree with at least 5-8 years of experience or 10 years of relevant military experience
- Ability to work with little oversight to take abstract problems, provide detailed analysis, and generate recommendations, both individually and as part of a team managing a DARPA research and prototyping program
Desired Capabilities and Characteristics:
- Experience with information assurance product use, such as COMSEC devices and key management, classified network accreditation, DOD cyber security activities, application of cross domain guards
- Experience with Red Teaming, Vulnerability Research, or Reverse Engineering
- Education and/or experience using Formal Methods, such as using automated reasoning tools to verify software or generating trustworthy implementations automatically from specifications
- Excellent technical writing skills, including the ability to perform proof reading and quality control on technical documents and slides
- Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral; must be able to concisely summarize and efficiently communicate the essential elements of a concept quantitatively and comprehensively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
