Strategic Analysis Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst in support the Army Science Board (ASB) in its mission to provide the Army with independent advice and recommendations on matters relating to the Army's scientific, technological, manufacturing, logistics and business management functions, as well as other matters the Secretary of the Army deems important to the Department of the Army. The Program Analyst will coordinate membership and travel duties for ASB government and member staff facilitate ASB activities. The Program Analyst will also serve as webmaster the ASB's public website. Onsite work with our government clients in the Pentagon and at SA HQ is necessary. Telework options are available within the Washington, DC area.

- Assist ASB team in the processing and tracking of Special Government Employee (SGE) status of ASB members and consultants.
- Develop and consistently update membership tracking tools.
- Interact with necessary stakeholders to monitor and validate membership information.
- Manage travel authorizations, travel modifications, vouchers, and travel log, in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations and ASB office policies and procedures.
- Communicate with and inform the ASB parent board members and other SGEs throughout the process of travel authorization and reimbursement for all ASB meetings.
- Maintain traveler information and ensure Defense Travel System (DTS) profiles are up to date.
- Assist government with travel-related reports, travel forecasts, budgeting, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge and experience working with invitational travel orders.
- Ability to support ASB Office administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field plus two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work onsite at least two (2) days a week, which includes work on government site or at SA HQ as needed.
- Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform at a high-level of proficiency on short deadlines and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with website development and knowledge management tools preferred.
- Experience in Java, C, C , Python, C#, SQL, Kotlin, Scala, JavaScript programming languages.
- Knowledge of Defense Travel System and Defense Travel Regulations preferred.
