Candidate sought for a technical SETA in the DARPA Strategic Technology office to exercise chief of staff duties for Program Manager developing a portfolio of programs related to materials and manufacturing. Duties include day to day organization and prioritization across multiple programs. Assisting with New Start process including preparations for Tech Council, BAA preparation, Industry Day, and proposal review. Ensure high program performance and efficiency by supporting and assisting other SETAs and the Program Manager. Identify and monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics; ensure technical team is developing plans to mitigate and resolve issues. Maintain basic technical understanding of program goals and approaches across the portfolio. Work closely with the Government team, performers, and stakeholders to assist in all aspects of the program. Provide to the Program Manager and other SMEs status, progress, and other products as required.

- Excellent understanding and experience in writing reports and processes related to DARPA/DoD R&D programs
