trategic Analysis, Inc. seeks a S &T Analyst with experience in program management support and a familiarity with cloud computing and software development and deployment for a Department of Defense (DoD), OUSD(R&E) client working in major Technical Integration program areas, to include Communications and Networks; Autonomy, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Advanced Computing; Software and Embedded Systems; and others.

This is an on-site position at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide programmatic and administrative support for the coordination of R&D programs across the DoD and other agencies.
  • Support the deployment and maintenance of a cloud model and other collaborative network tools for members of the DoD and non-DoD S&T community.
  • Support and attend program reviews, briefings, and demonstrations.
  • Assist in the draft, review, and coordination of programmatic materials, impact statements, reports, studies, policy guidance and responses, briefings, strategic plans, Departmental correspondence, budget documents, and related oversight.
  • Provide assistance in complying with data calls and requirements. Interact with other Service / Component offices to facilitate open issues in contracting, technology, and budgeting, to include approval of work plans and public release documents.
  • Assist in preparing for and facilitating meetings and workshops, to include coordination of calendars; preparation of agendas, read-ahead documents, meeting minutes, and technical briefing materials; management of logistics, travel arrangements, foreign visit requests, and meeting-facility support; and preparation and administration of action items.
  • Assist in development and review of information papers and reports, such as weekly reports, information papers, action memoranda, emails, and other documents.
  • Maintain broad situational awareness of R&D efforts involving the Technical Integration program areas.

Travel : Some travel may be required.

Requirements :

Clearance : An active DoD TOP SECRET with ability to obtain / maintain SCI access is required; active TS / SCI highly preferred.

Education : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; master's degree, education and / or training in computer science, software, and programming is preferred. At the discretion of the Government, specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements.

Experience :

  • Minimum five (5) years’ recent and relevant experience in program / project management support is required; a minimum of ten (10) years of experience is required for the senior level.
  • Preferred understanding of cloud computing and software development and deployment on DoD networks, computer science, and programming.
  • Strong communication skills, unstructured verbal interactions, briefings, and meeting moderation.
  • Ability to work independently with both junior and senior staff in a distributed environment while maintaining a strong commitment to deliverables scheduled.
  • Understanding DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, & Execution (PPBE) concepts or process is a plus.
