What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Recruiting (#25-034 Security Clearance) position at Strategic Analysis?
Strategic Analysis is seeking a versatile, Head of Recruiting to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables. This
support includes the following tasks :
o Create, refine, and implement effective repeatable talent acquisition processes and metric that drive continuous improvement, tools,
assessments and recruiting practices that are consistent with and reflect organizations brand and culture
o Lead a small recruiting team, with direct management oversight of 2 recruiters
o Drive creative solutions to finding and engaging brilliant talent and forging long lasting relationships through meaningful outreach
and connection points
o Implement established best practices to drive positive experience for candidates, new hires, recruiters, and hiring managers alike
o Develop a niche pipeline of talent researching, identify and engaging talent as needed to support the organization
o Act as career coach and resource to staff within the organization looking to leverage particular expertise or connections
o Drive extremely strong systems hygiene rigor, communications, attention to detail, and data management
o Lead the implementation of an ATS and standardized recruiting communications
Full time on site (with potential option for some hybrid delivery after 4 months)
