Strategic Analysis is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage the process of capturing, storing, and sharing an organization's knowledge by establishing knowledge management systems, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, and ensuring all employees have access to relevant information through a central knowledge base. Key duties include identifying knowledge gaps, collecting and analyzing data, developing strategies, and educating employees on best practices for accessing and contributing knowledge.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to optimize the use of information resources.
- Develop strategies : Create and implement strategies to improve knowledge management
- Analyze data : Conduct research and analysis to support consulting teams
- Create reports : Develop reports, dashboards, and visual analytics
- Train staff : Train and support staff in using knowledge resources
- Manage documentation : Create, maintain, and update knowledge management documentation
- Support projects : Support projects and build tools to help the knowledge management team
- Communicate results : Communicate results and learnings to key stakeholders
- Monitor performance : Record and report metrics to measure the effectiveness of knowledge management
- Administer of Knowledge Management sites, libraries, and permissions.
- Manage and maintain the organization's knowledge management environment, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing across ACO.
