Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain application data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Utilize ERP software for financial transactions and reporting.
- Handle business to business collections
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on application usage and best practices.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree, or some college with 2 years previous experience
- Familiarity with software applications including PeopleSoft, Quicken, Sage, or similar systems is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology GAAP is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
