The Strategic CFO, LLC is formalizing its sales process for 2025, and we’re seeking a full-time Sales Professional to lead and drive our sales efforts in the Houston and across Texas. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the firm’s management team and contribute to the continued growth of our boutique consulting and advisory firm. Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college)
- Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a service-based industry
- Demonstrated track record of sales success
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities
- Ability to travel throughout the Houston metropolitan area
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Basic understanding of financial statements (training will be provided)
- Established professional network
- Persuasive, resilient, and detail-oriented
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop leads for the firm’s services and proactively generate new business opportunities
- Leverage your established network to identify potential clients
- Engage directly with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the management team by setting up meetings—management will handle deal negotiation and closure
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the firm’s service offerings
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop leads through email campaigns, CRM, social media, and phone outreach
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and onsite visits to nurture relationship
