About the Position
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Main Responsibilities:
- Renewal Sales: Achieve 75% or higher in client renewal from one year to the next.
- Client Success: Manage, support, and coach up to 150-200 clients between their quarterly workshops.
- 'Out-Back-In' Sales: Call former clients who are currently not enrolled in The Strategic Coach Program to promote re-joining the Program.
