About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our clients in their progress through The Strategic Coach Program, with a focus on renewal sales and client success. This will involve proactively engaging with clients, both in person and on the phone, to address their needs and offer solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Renewal Sales: Achieve 75% or higher in client renewal from one year to the next by providing exceptional service and support to clients.
- Client Success: Manage and support up to 150-200 clients between their quarterly workshops, ensuring they have a positive experience and achieve their goals.
- Workshop Participation: Interact with clients during workshops, answer questions, and provide direction and support as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 years' experience in sales and client management.
- A university or college degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
