About the Role:

  • Lead, coach, manage, and motivate an inside sales team of 8-12 members.
  • Recruit top talent and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Analyze weekly reports to forecast and drive results.
  • Develop sales strategies and plans that support consistency, transparency, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A proven track record of growing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, coaching, strategic problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • 8 years of sales management experience.
  • A university or college degree.
